Prices shown on this website, including estimator results, are indicative starting points. A written quote is issued after the item has been inspected — at the workshop or on site — and is valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Where hidden damage is found after strip-down (cracked frames, broken springs, perished foam), we stop and quote the additional work before continuing.

A deposit is required before materials are cut. The balance is payable on collection. We accept the payment methods confirmed in your written quote.

Materials ordered specially for your job cannot be refunded once cut.

Every job is given a written completion date. Delays caused by material supply or by changes requested mid-job are communicated as soon as we know about them.

Completed work should be collected within 14 days of being marked ready. Storage beyond that period may attract a daily storage charge, and items are held at the owner's risk after 30 days.

We take care of everything entrusted to us, but items are accepted at the owner's risk. Please remove valuables, loose items and vehicle contents before dropping off. We do not accept liability for pre-existing damage that we have documented at intake.

Changes to a confirmed job are possible up to the point materials are cut. Cancellations after cutting may forfeit the deposit to cover material already consumed.

Photographs in the project gallery show representative work. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the material itself — always check the physical swatch at the stall.
