What we collect

When you submit a quote request, booking, callback request or contact message, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, and — if you provide them — your email address, the service you are asking about, item details and any message.

If you attach photos of the piece you want re-covered, those photos are stored in private storage and only the workshop can open them.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a workshop visit and keep a record of the work agreed. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is visible only to the workshop's authorised administrators in the management console. Photo attachments are accessed through short-lived private links.

Our website developer (NamByte ICT) maintains the system and may access it for support. They do not use your details for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and job records are kept while your job is active and afterwards so we can honour warranty and repeat-work queries. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by calling the workshop.
